Do's and Don'ts before giving Pharmacy registration to any Medical shop

Here we are providing the information that what are the precaution you need to be taken during giving any pharmacy registration and how to take relieving from medical shop. It is myself experience.

Do’s 

• Prepare an agreement that how many year (minimum 5 to maximum 10 year) you want to engage with medical shop (shop owner responsibility to get it done, you will verify only), they should mention that minimum 10% rise they will give after each year. 
• Take minimum 2 year salary in advanced. 
• Based on the advanced payment Write a resign and take signature of shop owner with rubber stamp. (If stamp not available tell him to provide), if you are joining in 20 sep 2014 then resign date will be 19 sep 2016. It is your safety purposes if after signing agreement shop owner deny for accepting resign.
• Take one acceptance letter based on your resignation. The letter should to be in the letter head of medical shop, rubber stamped should to be there. 
• If letter head not available prepare by yourself in computer. 
• After completion of two if you found the shop owner if faithful then again extend, take next two year advanced 20 sep 2016 to 19 sep 2018), keep the headache of receiving salary in installment.  
• If you found shop owner not reliable then submit resign letter with relieving latter to drug office.

Don’ts

• Shop owner will say stamp and letter head not available, don’t trust on those statements. 
• Installment payment
• Blindly believed of shop owner

Respected Sir,

I have got a Job outside of West Bengal, so I am unable to continue my service in M/s Medicine Shop. So, I have resigned from the position of Pharmacist on 31/08/2014.

A copy of Resignation letter and Reliving letter is attached.

Please consider this letter as a formal intimation of my resignation. I appreciate all of your patience and cooperation with me.

I have got a Job outside of West Bengal, so I am unable to continue my service as a Pharmacist of M/s Medicine Shop my last day of work will be August 31, 2014. Kindly consider my resignation with the notice period of one month.
